What percentage of your work is referral or recommendation?

I’m pleased to be able to say that since I started trading, business is either from

1. Repeat business – I have worked with either as a candidate or a hiring manager previously
2. Recommendation – We have been introduced through our network.
3. A relationship exists and it’s the first time we have worked on a project/assignment

82% of our business is from referral and recommendation. Customers know what to expect when they work with me, I work hard to put in the groundwork, so when I ‘get the call’ I can move quickly and deliver what is needed seamlessly.
