What can I say about Saj? ‘Oh MY God!’ – In a good way.
I first met Saj about 15 years ago, when I was job hunting and we kept in touch. My role at The British Millerain Company Ltd meant I needed to recruit a Financial Controller and a Senior Accounts Assistant. Saj is the only person I wanted to fill in those roles for me as she offers an incredibly bespoke service.
My experience with Saj has always been positive as she genuinely cares about getting the right person for the role. She knows the market inside out, she also knows all her candidates inside out, so can place the best people suited for your requirements. She is great at getting to the bottom of the type of person needed for the company and role; personality as well as skills wise. She understood the type of person we were looking for and provided the right candidates; the ones we would like to work with.

Saj is a force of nature!
I am a candidate who has benefitted greatly from Saj’s expertise. She first contacted me two years ago about a role she thought would suit me. I work in IT and Finance; building accounting processes. I am very good at what I do, just not very good at letting other people know I am very good.

Saj is very direct, brutally honest, but she is right! She doesn’t sugarcoat anything, but she gets results.
