Our customer is recognised as trusted advisor and leader in their field and it is imperative the Senior Accounts Manager operates in the same vein, recommending solutions to meet each client’s specific challenges and build long-term strategies that can help them.  Based in Manchester, the Senior Account Manager will work closely with internal and external stakholders to maintain the highest levels of service.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Engage client contacts regularly related to renewing projects that address client’s recurring security needs
  • Drive engagement of company solutions and identify expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client
  • Great relationship management skills, business development and strategy experience with a consultative approach to addressing clients’ needs and business drivers
  • Expand the business’s relationship by addressing broader clients’ needs through additional service sales
  • Develop and deliver accurate and high-quality statements of work for all service sales
  • Understand the client’s business. Establish account plans for strategic accounts including situation, near term objectives, two-year revenue plan, etc



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business to business technology sales
  • Experience targeting, managing, and developing existing clients
  • Experience selling professional services
  • Experience selling technology solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud technology, payments or healthcare industries
  • Understanding of cyber risk, technology and compliance best practices and requirements
